Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Marcus Labs (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites and products, including the Marcus AI Chrome extension.
These policies apply to all current and future Marcus Labs products unless a product-specific notice says otherwise.
Marcus AI does not generate images or videos. It automates actions on AI platforms you already use (such as Google Flow, ChatGPT, and Grok). Those platforms have their own privacy policies.
2. Data stored on your device
By default, the Marcus AI extension stores data locally via chrome.storage.local.
This data stays on your computer unless you enable optional cloud or sync features.

3. Optional account and cloud
If you sign in or enable sync, we may store account email, plan entitlements, and configuration on our servers (for example Supabase) so settings can follow you across devices. You can use Marcus AI Gen features without a cloud account.
4. Screen capture
Screen capture runs only when you click Capture. It captures the active webpage tab to use as a reference image. Captures are not taken in the background.
5. Payments
We do not store full credit card numbers. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout under their privacy policy. We may retain order status and plan entitlement metadata in Supabase.
6. Third-party services
Depending on features you use, Marcus Labs products may interact with:
- Google Flow (labs.google), ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini — via your browser session
- Google OAuth — if you sign in with Google
- Telegram Bot API — only if you enable Telegram and provide a bot token
- Lemon Squeezy — checkout and subscriptions
- Supabase — admin / remote config / plan sync
7. How we use information
- Provide automation features you request
- Manage plan gates and subscriptions
- Improve reliability and support when you contact us
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising brokers.
8. Your choices
- Clear local data from the extension Settings → Storage, or uninstall the extension
- Log out to clear the local session
- Request account deletion by emailing support (see Contact)
